Day 1

Arrival in Haridwar & Spiritual Evening at Ganga Aarti

  • Arrive at Haridwar Railway Station or Dehradun Airport.

  • Check-in at the hotel and relax.

  • Attend the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, a mesmerizing ritual.

  • Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Haridwar – Barkot (Approx. 180 km / 7 hrs)

  • After breakfast, depart for Barkot, the base for Yamunotri Yatra.
  • En route, visit Kempty Falls in Mussoorie.
  • Check-in at the hotel in Barkot and relax.
  • Overnight stay in Barkot.

Yamunotri Temple Darshan (6 km Trek / 5 hrs)

  • Early morning drive to Janki Chatti, the starting point for the 6 km trek to Yamunotri.
  • Options for pony/palki/doli available (at extra cost).
  • Visit Yamunotri Temple, the sacred source of the Yamuna River.
  • Take a dip in the hot water springs at Surya Kund.
  • Return to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Barkot – Uttarkashi (Approx. 100 km / 4 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, a town known for its ancient temples.
  • Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  • Evening at leisure and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Gangotri Temple Darshan (100 km / 4 hrs)

  • Early morning departure for Gangotri Temple, located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River.
  • Take a holy dip in the Ganges at Gangotri Ghat.
  • Offer prayers at the Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga.
  • Return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.

Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (Approx. 220 km / 9 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi, an important stop before Kedarnath.
  • Visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptkashi.
  • Check-in at the hotel and rest.
  • Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Kedarnath Temple Darshan (19 km Trek / 7 hrs)

  • Early morning drive to Sonprayag, the starting point for Kedarnath Yatra.
  • Begin the 19 km trek to Kedarnath Temple (pony, palki, or helicopter options available at extra cost).
  • Visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.
  • Overnight stay at Kedarnath (basic accommodation).

Kedarnath – Guptkashi Return (19 km Trek / 7 hrs)

  • Early morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple.
  • Trek back to Sonprayag and transfer to Guptkashi.
  • Rest and overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Guptkashi – Badrinath (Approx. 180 km / 8 hrs)

  • After breakfast, depart for Badrinath, the last stop of the Char Dham Yatra.
  • En route, visit Rudraprayag & Joshimath.
  • Check-in at the hotel in Badrinath.
  • Attend the evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple.
  • Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Badrinath Temple Darshan & Mana Village Visit

  • Early morning darshan at Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
  • Visit Tapt Kund (Hot Springs) and Brahma Kapal for rituals.
  • Explore Mana Village, the last Indian village near the Tibet border.
  • Drive back to Rudraprayag/Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Return to Haridwar – Departure

  • After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar/Rishikesh.
  • Visit the sacred confluence at Devprayag (Alaknanda & Bhagirathi rivers forming the Ganga).
  • Drop at Haridwar Railway Station / Dehradun Airport for your return journey.
